By submitting a quote request through our Facebook, Instagram, or website forms, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and either hold, or are in the process of obtaining, a valid Bahamian driver's licence. By submitting a quote request, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Quotes Are Not a Guarantee of Coverage
A quote or rate comparison provided by AFS is an estimate based on the information you provide and is not a binding offer of insurance. Final pricing, coverage, and eligibility are determined by the underwriting insurer at the time a policy is issued.
No Obligation
Requesting a quote through our forms does not obligate you to purchase a policy through AFS.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote. Inaccurate information may affect the accuracy of any quote provided or the validity of any policy issued.
Electronic Communications
By submitting a quote request, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (email and, where enabled, text messages) related to your request. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Role as Broker/Agent
AFS Insurance Agents & Brokers Ltd. acts as a broker/agent connecting you with third-party licensed insurance carriers. Any policy you purchase is a contract between you and the underwriting insurer and is subject to that insurer's own terms, conditions, and exclusions.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, landing pages, and marketing materials — including text, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to AFS and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or reliance on a quote. Our total liability for any claim relating to our Services is limited to the amount (if any) you paid to AFS directly for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally before pursuing any formal or legal process.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and AFS regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
